Tango Mike Coffee Company is locally owned and operated by Tracy and Michelle Cook. Tracy spent years researching, roasting, and tasting different coffee beans from around the world in order to find a single origin arabica coffee bean that is excellent as an espresso, milk-based espresso drink, or drip coffee. Tracy is a combat veteran that was deployed in operation desert shield/desert storm ”Persian, golf.“ As a communication specialist/Commo chef, Tango Mike has duel meaning. In military communications, this means “Thanks Much”. It is also the phonetic alphabet for the initials of the owners first names, Tracy and Michelle.
